Has keeping on top of social media got your hands full?
Lunchbox is a short, practical online training programme for non-profit organisations, community groups and social enterprises.
It is for organisations that know how important digital communication has become, but simply do not have the time, staff or specialist skills to treat social media as a full-time job.
Funded under the EU’s Erasmus + initiative, the course, in short, ‘bite-sized’ modules, helps organisations to plan and deliver real, everyday campaigns such as promoting an event, running a small fundraising activity, recruiting participants or raising awareness.
During the training, participants learn how to:
- decide which audiences really matter for a specific campaign
- choose platforms based on where those audiences are, not on habit
- create simple and effective content with the tools they already have
- organise their work so that social media fits into a busy working week
- understand what is working and what can be improved
Each participant works on one real campaign throughout the course so the organisation has both the expertise and a real-life social media result by the end.
